Tools

Some ADHD-friendly apps I like (free unless noted):

  • Alarmed – super-customizable alarm/timer/reminder tool
  • Errands – to-do list with alarms/reminders
  • Interlude – reminds you of time passing at chosen intervals
  • HomeRoutines – $4 – checklists with web portal; preset FLYlady-inspired lists focus on household chores but customizable for any repetitive lists
  • Cozi – FLYlady-partnered integrated calendar/organizer, to-do list, checklists, reminders, shopping list & meal planning, with multi-user (family) access and web portal
  • TripDeck – travel itinerary organizer with clean graphic presentation of each leg or event on the trip; integrates with TripIt
  • GoTime – $1 – calculates what time you need to leave based on calendar events
  • DailyRoutine – $3 – visual representation of your daily routine with customizable colors (good for those who need to ‘see’ your schedule laid out)
  • Way of Life – free trial version – track what days you do/don’t do things
  • inDecision – $1 – lays out pros and cons of a decision (or a day, or a project – useful for assessing overall performance, too)
  • TIMER Min to Go Reminders – $2 – countdown app based on relative (4 hours from now) or specific (at 5:00 p.m.) time
